🆕 Brand New Products

All brand new items are final sale.

We do not accept returns due to customer remorse (e.g. changed mind, ordered the wrong item, etc.).

If your item arrives damaged or not functioning properly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will gladly work with you to resolve it.
♻️ Restock Products

Restock products are items that have never been used, but may come with damaged or dirty packaging, or have labels and stickers on the box. This is completely normal.

We carefully inspect all restock items to ensure they are in new, unused condition before offering them for sale.

Due to the nature of restock items, we highly recommend local pickup, so you can check the condition in person before taking the product home.

Restock items are final sale and not eligible for return, unless there is a functional defect not visible at the time of pickup.
